As Teresa Waterworks, Inc. (TWI) celebrates its 40th anniversary, the company sets its sights on further growth with a major expansion to Pangasinan through its subsidiary, Nepo Water.

“Through our subsidiary, Nepo Water, we’ve been granted a 35-year concession to provide infrastructure and water services to 82 barangays in Mangatarem, Pangasinan,” announced TWI Vice President and General Manager Michelle Valdes-Chua.

The expansion reflects TWI’s ongoing mission to bring reliable and high-quality water services to more communities beyond its Central Luzon roots. Valdes-Chua described the move as “an exciting step forward, one that allows us to serve even more communities and expand beyond our comfort zone.”

This milestone not only continues the founding legacy of TWI but also marks a bold step into the future—one that reinforces its long-standing commitment to service excellence and sustainable development.
