The Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) held its 2nd General Membership Meeting (GMM), featuring a keynote talk by Jesus Noriega III titled “The Workforce Imperative: Building People Faster Than Change.”

The event also marked the formal partnership between CILA and Smart Office Solutions Corp. (SOSC), which introduced EPSON printers and Heimdal cybersecurity solutions to members.

CILA President Ernesto Gorospe, who also serves as president of Donggwang Corporation, welcomed members and guests, including Clark Development Corporation President and CEO Agnes Devanadera, Clark International Airport Corporation Director Noel Tulabut, and SOSC Operations Head Dennis Amores.

The gathering provided a venue for business leaders and stakeholders to discuss workforce development, technology, and innovation in support of Clark’s growing investment community.
