NLEX Corporation distributed around 500 sacks of rice and relief packages to families affected by recent flooding and severe weather across 11 local government units and 64 host barangays.

The assistance reached communities in Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Manila and Quezon City, including Dinalupihan, Hermosa, San Simon, Sto. Tomas, Apalit, Guiguinto, Balagtas, Bocaue, Pulilan, Plaridel, Malolos, Meycauayan and Marilao, as well as the cities of San Fernando and Angeles.

NLEX President and General Manager Luis S. Reñon said the company remains committed to supporting communities it serves, particularly during emergencies.

Beyond relief operations, NLEX continues to implement emergency preparedness measures along NLEX, SCTEX and NLEX Connector, while coordinating with host communities on disaster preparedness, waterways cleanup and proper waste management.
