Pampanga’s real estate industry continues to rise

Members and industry stakeholders of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) gathered in the provincial capital for the Luzon Regional Housing Conference, highlighting the continued growth of Pampanga’s real estate sector.

CREBA National President Noel Cariño said the conference aims to showcase the province’s booming real estate industry and the growing opportunities for investments and development projects.

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and former President and 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo also expressed support for the event.

Pineda highlighted the province’s flagship programs implemented in partnership with the national government, which she said are contributing to infrastructure development, investments, housing and economic growth.

She also discussed the provincial government’s plans to gradually address flooding concerns and make Pampanga more resilient and investment-ready.

CREBA, meanwhile, expressed its readiness to work with the provincial government in attracting more investors, creating additional jobs and advancing programs that will benefit Kapampangans.

According to Colliers Philippines, Central Luzon remains among the country’s most active real estate frontiers in 2026, with the Pampanga-Clark corridor continuing to emerge as a major hub for office, residential, industrial and township developments.
