The Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PamCham) reaffirmed its strong support for the Pax Silica economic initiative, positioning New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac, as a strategic hub for advanced industries, technology and sustainable economic growth in North Luzon.

PamCham President Atty. Paul Yusi and Infrastructure Development Director Atty. Ryan Tan represented the chamber at the Luzon Economic Corridor (LEC) Investment Forum 2026 on September 10 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Bonifacio Global City.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led government officials, foreign dignitaries and private-sector leaders at the forum, which focused on investment opportunities and the development of the Luzon Economic Corridor.

For PamCham, the forum provided an important platform to advance the investment potential of Pax Silica, anchored on New Clark City’s strategic location and its capacity to serve as a sustainable industrial and technology cluster.

The initiative seeks to strengthen North Luzon’s connectivity and logistics network, develop resilient supply-chain hubs, attract green manufacturing and clean-energy investments, and leverage public-private partnerships to generate jobs and accelerate inclusive regional growth.

International delegations from the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia and the European Union, along with executives from major multinational companies, explored opportunities in infrastructure, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, logistics and technology.

The strong international participation underscored growing interest in Pax Silica and the broader Luzon Economic Corridor as platforms for high-value investments and next-generation industries.
