President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., with DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon, conducted an aerial inspection of areas in Tarlac affected by recent storms and the southwest monsoon, known as Habagat.

From the air, the President assessed the extent of flooding and damage to help ensure a swift and coordinated government response to the needs of affected communities.

The inspection also aimed to guide the government in identifying and implementing appropriate measures for immediate assistance and recovery.
