The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) recognized outstanding Regional Staff personnel and ceremonially turned over raincoats to frontline police officers during its Monday flag-raising ceremony on July 20 at Camp Captain Julian Olivas.

Led by Regional Director PBGen. Jess B. Mendez, the event honored personnel for their exemplary performance, dedication, and contributions to the organization’s accomplishments.

Mendez also directed all units to strengthen disaster preparedness by closely monitoring weather conditions, ensuring the readiness of rescue personnel and equipment, and maintaining a proactive response to emergencies during the rainy season.

The ceremonial distribution of raincoats underscored PRO3’s commitment to safeguarding the welfare and operational readiness of field personnel, enabling them to continue delivering public service despite adverse weather.
