Officials of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) conducted a site inspection and courtesy call at Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) on June 15 as plans move forward for a proposed Clark World Convention and Events Hub.

The WTCA delegation, led by Robin van Puyenbroeck, WTCA Executive Director for Business Development, met with CIAC officials headed by President and CEO Jojit Alcazar to discuss the proposed development and inspect the project site.
The visit followed CIAC Board approval on May 28 of a joint proposal submitted by World Trade Center Management, Inc. and Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. to lease about 350,000 square meters of open land for the project.
CIAC said the visit provided the delegation with an overview of the corporation’s development plans and strategic growth areas while strengthening collaboration on the proposed convention and events hub in Clark.
