A portion of the Sarangani–Davao del Sur Coastal Road in Barangay Kapatan, Glan remains impassable after sustaining damage from the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck Mindanao.

According to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Glan, no vehicles can currently pass through the affected section of the road.

Authorities said travelers bound for the municipality are temporarily using boats while rapid damage assessment and clearing operations continue in the area.

Local officials are closely monitoring the situation as efforts to restore safe access and mobility remain underway.
