Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on November 9, 2021 has sworn in Edgar Lopez, the newly-appointed General Manager of Angeles City Water District (ACWD).
Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. led the groundbreaking ceremony for the 4-storey Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center formerly Ospital Ning Angeles (ONA) which is set to bring more health services to AngeleΓ±os and nearby communities.
