More than 1,900 mothers, pregnant women, new mothers, and senior citizens from various municipalities across Pampanga receive financial aid from Department of Social Welfate and Development in partnership with the NANAY Partylist led by Representative Florabel Yatco.

Congresswoman Yatco lead the distribution together with Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda in ceremonies held at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center on Tuesday.

Through the help of Ayuda para sa Kapos ang Kita Program (AKAP) each beneficiary received
₱5,000 in cash assistance.
The initiative aims to provide immediate financial relief to low-income mothers and families struggling with day-to-day expenses.

“As part of our commitment, we will continue to support mothers and the families who depend on them. This program is our way of giving back and ensuring that no mother is left behind,” said Yatco.

The provincial government of Pampanga for their part, expressed their continued support for initiatives that prioritize maternal welfare and healthcare assistance.

“For families with children suffering from respiratory illnesses or those who need treatment at the Philippine Children’s Hospital, this financial aid means a great deal — especially for single mothers,”said Governor Pineda.

Vice Governor Pineda further encouraged families to seek assistance from the provincial government and the NANAY Partylist when in need of medical support.
“If you have children, relatives, or acquaintances in need of surgery at the Heart Center or Kidney Center, you may approach the Capitol or the NANAY Partylist. We can provide help even for operations costing up to ₱600,000,”
he stated.

Beneficiaries expressed heartfelt appreciation for the assistance, emphasizing the positive impact of the program on their families.

Aside from the financial assistance, beneficiaries also received free pneumonia vaccines worth ₱3,000–₱5,000 each to strengthen the health and protection of mothers and their families.
