The Arts, Culture and Tourism Office of Pampanga (ACTOP) has officially opened the nomination process for the Most Outstanding Kapampangan Awards (MOKA) 2025, the highest honor conferred by the Provincial Government of Pampanga.

MOKA recognizes Kapampangans who have brought pride and distinction to the province through their exemplary achievements in diverse fields, including education, arts and culture, business, governance, sports, and community service.

Now regarded as one of Pampanga’s most prestigious accolades, the award aims to celebrate excellence, inspire future generations, and honor the enduring legacy of Kapampangans who embody “talino, talento, at puso para king Kapampangan.”

Through this recognition, the provincial government continues to highlight individuals whose contributions not only uplift their communities but also preserve and promote the rich heritage of Pampanga.
