Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda participated in the historic Peace Covenant Signing, led by the Pampanga Commission on Elections (COMELEC) and the Pampanga Provincial Police Office, held earlier today at San Guillermo Church in Bacolor at around 12 noon.
Gov. Delta and VG Nanay, together with Board Member Fritzie Dizon and Special Assistant to the Governor Angelina Blanco, signed the covenant as a demonstration of their commitment to ensuring a peaceful and orderly election.
