Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) is stepping up its disaster preparedness measures as Typhoon “Nando” continues to affect Central Luzon.
PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director of PRO3, presided over a disaster preparedness meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the War Room of the PRO3 Command Center, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando.
The move aligns with the 7 Focus Agenda of Acting Chief PNP PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly on strengthening risk management plans across all levels of the police force.
“Preparedness is the key to resilience. By strengthening our systems and readiness, we ensure the safety and protection of our people in times of calamity,” Peñones said.
