Under the directive of Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, traffic enforcers from the Angeles City Traffic Development Office (ACTDO) have been deployed starting 6:00 a.m. along Arayat Boulevard, particularly in front of the City College of Angeles (CCA) and Angeles City National High School (ACNHS), to assist both students and motorists.
The initiative aims to ensure the safety of pedestrians and prevent road accidents, especially during school opening and dismissal hours.
The ACTDO is also urging motorists to respect pedestrian lanes and give way to those crossing, while construction of the footbridge in the area is still ongoing.
