100 Days of Unity and Progress in Tarlac under Serbisyong MaYap

The Provincial Government of Tarlac, led by Governor Christian Yap, marked the 100th day of his administration with a celebration held during the flag-raising ceremony on October 6 at the Bulwagan ng Gobernador, Tarlac Capitol. The event was attended by Vice Governor Estelita Aquino and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

In his message, Governor Yap reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the skills and capabilities of provincial government employees to deliver more efficient public service.

“At the end of the day, what matters most is how our frontline services uplift the lives of Tarlaqueños,” he said. “We’ve been conducting seminars and trainings focused on human resource development and mapping to make our institutions more effective and service-oriented. Let’s continue empowering our capacity.”

The governor also announced plans to transition the Tarlac Center for Learning and Skills Success (TCLASS) into a provincial college and to establish a scholarship fund for employees pursuing advanced studies. “We are partnering with institutions like Ateneo, PUP, and TSU to provide more opportunities for master’s education. This will help elevate our knowledge, service quality, and work ethic,” Yap added.

Vice Governor Aquino, meanwhile, encouraged all government employees to take pride in their roles, no matter how big or small. “Every employee of the local government plays an important part in fulfilling our shared dreams for every Tarlaqueño,” she said.

The milestone marks not just the first 100 days of Governor Yap’s leadership but also the continued commitment of the Provincial Government to the pillars of #SerbisyongMaYap — 𝑇𝑎𝑜 𝑀𝑢𝑛𝑎, 𝐾𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑎𝑠𝑎𝑛 𝑀𝑢𝑛𝑎, 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑏𝑎ℎ𝑜 𝑀𝑢𝑛𝑎, 𝐸𝑑𝑢𝑘𝑎𝑠𝑦𝑜𝑛 𝑀𝑢𝑛𝑎, and 𝑃𝑎𝑔𝑘𝑎𝑖𝑛 𝑀𝑢𝑛𝑎.
