A total of 27 individuals have successfully completed the Barangay Pandan Community-Based Rehabilitation Program, marking another milestone in the cityβs continuing campaign for recovery and reintegration led by Mayor Carmelo βJonβ Lazatin II through the Angeles City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ACADAC).

Of the graduates, 13 completed the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program, 10 were from the Plea Bargain Program, 3 were After Care graduates from the Central Luzon Drug Rehabilitation Center, and 1 was from the TODA Program β each representing stories of hope, change, and renewed purpose.
The program was made possible through the collaboration of CSWDO, CHO, DILG, PNP, ACDRRMO, AIDS Council, and the City Agriculture Office, all working together to sustain drug-cleared barangays and provide holistic rehabilitation and reintegration support.
Aside from counseling and treatment, participants also underwent skills training and values formation to help them reintegrate as productive and responsible citizens.
This achievement reflects the city governmentβs ongoing commitment to build a drug-free and inclusive Angeles City, where compassion and community partnership foster lasting change.
