Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap led the awarding of incentives to Tarlaqueño athletes who participated in the Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association (CLRAA) meet, along with a sendoff ceremony for delegates set to compete in the 2026 Palarong Pambansa.
