The Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC), and Provincial Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (PTF-ELCAC) convened their second-quarter joint meeting on June 18 to discuss peace and security initiatives in Pampanga.
The meeting was led by Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda.






Pampanga Police Provincial Office Director PCOL Ricardo David reported ongoing foot and bicycle patrols, warehouse inspections, and coordination with barangays and Municipal Local Government Operations Officers. He also discussed a human trafficking case in Porac and efforts to speed up report submissions.
PDEA Pampanga Provincial Officer IA V Mark Anthony Viray highlighted intensified monitoring of drug-affected barangays, while LTC Ryan Joseph Cayton of PTF-ELCAC presented the Philippine Army’s sustainable livelihood programs. Governor Pineda also proposed the deployment of motor patrols in Barangay Consuelo.
During the meeting, members approved Joint Resolution No. 2026-05 of the DILG Pampanga against various forms of criminality and Joint Resolution No. 2026-06, sponsored by the IBP Pampanga, against fake notaries public.
