The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has once again received an unqualified or unmodified opinion from the Commission on Audit (COA) for its 2025 financial statements, the highest audit opinion given to government agencies.

The rating signifies that BCDA’s financial statements are free from material misstatements and comply with the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards, reflecting transparency, fiscal responsibility, and sound governance.

BCDA said it has consistently earned the highest audit opinion since 2010, underscoring its continued adherence to rigorous accounting and auditing standards.
