Fifty households from Barangays Tabun and Dolores in Mabalacat City received food packs through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), which provided the assistance in response to the residents’ needs amid continued rains.

The food packs were distributed by Mabalacat City Mayor Atty. Geld Aquino, together with Vice Mayor Jun Castro, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) led by Ms. Josephine Tanglao.

Mayor Aquino coordinated with the national government through DSWD to secure additional food packs, augmenting the city government’s assistance to families needing immediate support during the inclement weather.
