Mabalacat City has added two new ambulances equipped with complete medical equipment to strengthen emergency, rescue and disaster response, Mayor Atty. Geld Aquino announced during the city’s weekly flag-raising ceremony Monday.

Aquino said the new ambulances reflect the city government’s priority on the health and safety of Mabalaquenians.

He also thanked government agencies for helping keep residents safe during the recent Habagat rains, noting that no incidents or flooding were recorded in the city.

Aquino likewise urged parents to closely monitor their children and seek counseling when needed to help prevent violence and protect minors.
