Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) Director PCOL Joselito E. Villarosa Jr. called on police personnel to lead by example as he emphasized mentorship, professionalism, and accountability during the Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) session held during the unit’s daily formation at the ACPO Grandstand on Tuesday.

Villarosa underscored the vital role of senior officers in mentoring junior personnel, stressing that proper guidance helps build the discipline, knowledge, and skills needed for effective operational and administrative performance.

He also reminded all ACPO personnel to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability while remaining committed to delivering quality police service to the community.
