Barangay staff led the activity early in the morning, covering key public areas:
- MacArthur Highway (Balibago stretch)
- Bayanihan Park
- Mon Tang Avenue
- Footbridge in front of Systems Plus College Foundation
Barangay Balibago chair Kap PG Ponce emphasized that small acts of discipline, such as proper waste disposal, can create a big impact in maintaining a clean and livable community.
