Clark International Airport (CRK) has earned Level 2 Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI) World, marking another milestone in its efforts to enhance passenger experience.
The recognition reflects the airport’s structured approach to improving how travelers navigate and experience their journey, building on its Level 1 accreditation received last year.
According to Noel Manankil, president and CEO of Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD), the airport continues to refine passenger flow and services to ensure a seamless and welcoming travel experience.
Earlier this year, CRK was also recognized for Best Airport Arrivals, placing it among only six airports worldwide cited for efficient arrival processes and smooth passenger handling.
The ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Programme evaluates airports across key areas such as customer strategy, service design, innovation, and operational improvement. Achieving Level 2 status indicates that Clark International Airport has established a clear customer experience strategy and is actively using tools such as journey mapping and passenger insights to guide enhancements.
The latest recognition comes as Clark strengthens its role as a key gateway to popular destinations, including Siargao, El Nido, Naga, and Coron, further positioning itself as a leading international airport in the country.
