Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., in his capacity as president of Biotop Philippines Agriculture Co., signed a Deed of Donation transferring ownership of a parcel of land to Barangay Sapalibutad.




The property was formally accepted by Barangay Captain Cristina Pineda on behalf of the barangay government.
The donated lot currently houses the headquarters of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) and is intended to serve as the future site of the barangay’s daycare center.
With the signing of the Deed of Donation, ownership of the property was officially transferred from Biotop Philippines Agriculture Co. to Barangay Sapalibutad, paving the way for the development of additional community facilities.
Witnessing the signing were Angeles City Councilor Arvin Suller; members of the Barangay Sapalibutad Council, including Kagawads Ed Dalusung, Jay-ar Bunyi, Marianne Panlilio, Danilo Pingul, Wilson Paras, Rico Camaya, Enrico Quiazon, and Mohammad D. Catacutan; Barangay Secretary Paula Baluyut; former Barangay Kagawad Edwin Yanga; and Chief Political Affairs Officer Reina Manuel.
