The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 3 – Central Luzon continues its hot meal operations for families affected by flooding and temporarily staying in evacuation centers across Pampanga.
Personnel known as the “Angels in Red Vests” remain deployed to prepare and serve freshly cooked meals, providing immediate food assistance to evacuees as part of the agency’s ongoing disaster response efforts.
The DSWD said the operation forms part of its continuing efforts to address the immediate needs of families displaced by the floods, particularly during evacuation and the early stages of recovery.
