Holy Angel University emerged as the biggest winner at the Cinesining 2026 Awards Night on June 30, taking home the Best Film award for ‘Keti Sulip Anti Banua’ along with several special and major awards celebrating excellence in Kapampangan filmmaking.
National University Clark’s ‘Tune’ placed second, while Our Lady of Fatima University–Pampanga’s ‘Sa Linya’ finished third in the Best Film category.
The Arts, Culture, Tourism Office of Pampanga (ACTOP) and the Provincial Library organized the annual film competition, which featured 10 participating schools showcasing films that promote and preserve Kapampangan culture and heritage.
On behalf of Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Board Members Fritzie David-Dizon, Dra. Kaye Naguit, and Atty. Claire Lim led the awarding ceremony, presenting trophies, cash prizes, and certificates to the winners and participants.
