LANDBANK has announced the waiver of fees for select online government payments from June 1 to December 31, 2026, providing Filipinos with a more affordable and convenient way to transact with government agencies.
The initiative covers eligible person-to-government (P2G) transactions made through QRPh-enabled payment channels, including the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal via QRPh, QRPh standees at participating government institutions, and government agency websites using the Link.BizPortal QRPh payment option.
The fee waiver applies to payments made to participating national government agencies, government-owned and controlled corporations, local government units, water districts, and state universities and colleges. Covered transactions include payments for police clearances, real property taxes, business permits, apostille certificates, and other government fees.
Finance Secretary and LANDBANK Chair Frederick D. Go said the move aims to make essential government transactions more accessible and affordable for the public.
Meanwhile, LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz said the initiative supports financial inclusion by encouraging greater adoption of digital payment services while helping Filipinos cope with economic challenges.
The program also complements the bank’s recent reduction of InstaPay transfer fees from ₱15 to ₱8, which took effect on May 21, 2026.
LANDBANK said the fee waiver forms part of its efforts to promote a more inclusive and cash-lite economy while supporting the government’s broader response to rising costs and global economic pressures.
