The Pampanga Police Provincial Office continues to conduct its Bisikleta Patrol operations across the province under the leadership of Eugene M. Marcelo to maintain peace and order while promoting cost-efficient policing amid rising fuel concerns.

The initiative aims to strengthen police visibility in communities, particularly in barangays, while improving accessibility and faster response to incidents.

Authorities said the program also helps enhance police-community relations by bringing law enforcement closer to residents through regular patrols using bicycles.

At the same time, the initiative supports fuel conservation efforts as part of the police force’s operational efficiency measures.
