PCOL Robert C. Domingo has assumed office as the new Officer-in-Charge of the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), replacing PCOL Joselito Villarosa Jr.

Following his assumption, Domingo held his first command conference at the ACPO War Room, where key preparations for upcoming inspections were discussed, including the NAPOLCOM inspection and the HRAO inspection and visitation.

Domingo emphasized the importance of maintaining the standards expected of a Charter City Police Office, underscoring discipline, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork in carrying out ACPO’s mandate.

The entire ACPO family welcomed Domingo and expressed full support for his leadership as the police office continues its mission of providing professional and responsive police service to the people of Angeles City.
