The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) has received a patient transport vehicle from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in a turnover ceremony held on May 26, 2026, at PAGCOR’s head office in Pasay City.

The vehicle was formally turned over by PAGCOR President and Chief Operating Officer Wilma Eisma to SBMA Public Health and Safety Department (PHSD) Medical Services Division OIC Dr. Arlene Gravina-Cesa.
SBMA Chairman and Administrator Eduardo Jose L. Aliño expressed gratitude to PAGCOR and its leadership for the donation, saying the vehicle will help improve the efficiency of medical transport services within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
He said the unit will support the scheduled, non-emergency transfer of clinically stable patients handled by the SBMA Public Health and Safety Department.
PAGCOR Chairman Alejandro H. Tengco said the donation is part of the agency’s broader initiative to strengthen access to healthcare services and support communities in need.
The donation is part of PAGCOR’s nationwide program to provide patient transport vehicles to various agencies and local government units, including MMDA, Bureau of Corrections, and several LGUs across the country.
