Putting a premium on the welfare of animals, Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., through the City Veterinary Office, led by Dr. Christian Xyric Arcilla, began the free anti-rabies vaccination of dogs and cats on September 21 in Barangay Sapangbato.

Bale Pusu, the first city-operated home for the aged, was inaugurated today, September 15.
Angeles City, led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., was commended by the National Vaccination Operation Center for its high vaccination rate, accommodating 9,800 Angeleños in a day.
