After three years, McDonald’s Philippines is turning up the heat once again as the iconic McSpicy returns to its menu starting October 22, 2025 — but only for a limited time.

First introduced in 2013, the McSpicy quickly gained cult-favorite status among fans who craved an extra kick in their burger. “It’s an icon for spicy food lovers, and fans never stopped looking for it, especially on social media. There’s a constant clamor for McSpicy’s return, and we are happy to give our customers what they want,” said Ashley Santillan-Delgado, Marketing Director of McDonald’s Philippines.

The McSpicy features a crispy, hot-and-spicy chicken fillet topped with crunchy lettuce and creamy mayo in a sesame seed bun — a bold combination that has kept customers asking for more.

“The McSpicy returns to honor its loyal fans who can’t wait to satisfy their spicy food cravings. But those who will try it for the first time will definitely love it too, with the balance of real heat and bold flavors delivered on a generous chicken fillet,” added Santillan-Delgado.
