Emerging as one of Central Luzon’s most ambitious eco-luxury developments, Hann Reserve recently welcomed members of the local media for an exclusive experiential tour of its sprawling sanctuary resort nestled at the foot of the Zambales mountain range.

Designed as a premier eco-sanctuary destination, Hann Reserve offered journalists a firsthand glimpse of its world-class facilities, championship golf courses, and sustainability-driven masterplan that seeks to redefine tourism and leisure in the region.
Set across 450 hectares in New Clark City, the integrated resort blends luxury hospitality, nature-centered wellness, golf, and cultural community into one expansive development that harmonizes with the surrounding landscape and native vegetation.
A major highlight of the tour was The Club at Hann Reserve, the resort’s central lifestyle and leisure hub that will house several prestigious golf and hospitality concepts. Positioned as a refined destination for wellness, sports, and dining, The Club features three championship golf courses designed by internationally renowned golf legends.
Among them is Dragons Landing by Nicklaus Design, a precision-crafted course with rolling fairways designed to seamlessly blend into the natural terrain. Also showcased was Six Moons by K.J. Choi, a rainforest-inspired course featuring winding waterways and dramatic valleys, as well as Caverns Deep by Sir Nick Faldo, an elevated layout that maximizes panoramic mountain views and strategic slopes.
The media briefing also highlighted the upcoming PGA Performance Center, a state-of-the-art training facility envisioned to elevate golf development in the country through advanced performance technology and elite-level instruction.
“Our goal with the PGA Performance Center is to completely redefine golf development in the region,” said Tim Neil. “By combining advanced performance-tracking technology with elite, professional instruction, we are building a premier environment that will empower players of all skill levels to master their game right here in Hann Reserve.”
Beyond golf, Hann Reserve also introduced its emerging lifestyle and culinary concepts housed within its sophisticated clubhouse.
Among the featured dining destinations is Karman by Hann Reserve, an all-day restaurant offering panoramic valley views and a menu inspired by Kapampangan heritage alongside international and Korean flavors. Named after the “Karman Line,” the venue aims to provide an elevated dining experience that merges local identity with global influences.
Media guests also explored Cabana by Hann Reserve, an outdoor lounge designed for relaxation amid scenic landscapes, as well as No. 9 Golf Shop, a curated retail space featuring premium golf apparel and equipment.
As the resort prepares for the rollout of additional clubhouse amenities, dining venues, and championship courses, Hann Reserve continues to position itself as a future global destination for golf tourism and sustainable hospitality in the Philippines.
Dubbed as the first official home of the PGA of America in the country, Hann Reserve aims to establish a new benchmark for eco-conscious luxury developments while promoting long-term environmental stewardship and nature-led living in Central Luzon.
